    He is a former Managing Director of Irish Sugar and was chairman of the Food Harvest 2020. He is a director of Irish National Stud, Animal Health Ireland and a number of Private Companies.

    Martin Keane is the President of ICOS and the Vice Chairman of Glanbia Co-operative & Glanbia PLC. He is a current director of Ornua and is the current Board member of Donaghmore Famine Workhouse Museum Co-operative Society.

    Michael Spellman is the current Vice President of ICOS, Chairman of the ICOS Mart Committee and President of the AEMB which is the European Association of Livestock Marts.  He is a board member of Roscommon Livestock Mart having previously served as chairman of that Society.  Michael is a drystock farmer, farming in Kilteevan, Co. Roscommon.

    Sinead is Financial Controller with ICOS. For the past three years, she has been responsible for the provision of accounting and administration services to the Trust. Sinead worked in practice for 10 years gaining vast experience in auditing, accounts and taxation. She is an Associate of Chartered Accountants Ireland and has successfully completed the Chartered Tax Advisor Exams with the Institute of Taxation. Sinead has a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards and is an associate of IPASS.
