- Relevant personnel in the Golden Jubilee Trust will receipt all grant aid applications and an acknowledgement is issued via email
- The proposal form and the plan are circulated to the Board or an appointed Sub-Committee one week in advance of a meeting
- The Board or Sub-Committee meet bi-annually to review and to evaluate grant aid applications
- The frequency of meetings may change depending on the volume of the grant aid applications
- The Applicant will be advised of the date the application the application will be considered and be available if required to address the Board or Sub-Committee’s queries
- Each proposal form is evaluated against set criteria at the evaluation meeting
- The result of this evaluation is formally recorded in the minutes of the meeting
- If the application is successful, a letter of offer issuing the terms and conditions of the approved grant aid is sent to the successful Applicant. The applicant is given a time limit of 30 days to accept the offer in writing
- Once the Trust had received an acceptance from the Applicant, the project is given a project reverence number
- Projects reports may be required from Applicants on a periodic basis depending on the size and level of funding
- Unsuccessful Applicants are notified in writing
