The Irish Co-operative Organisation Society (ICOS) is a co-operative umbrella organisation that organises and promotes viable commercial co-operative enterprises, across multiple sectors of the Irish rural and agricultural economy.

Prior to farm gate milk collections, the Clooncraff community hub was centred on the local milk stand where the local creamery collected milk from the surrounding farms.

The project aims to disseminate knowledge and awareness of the role of co-operatives in Ireland and the practicalities involved in their establishment.
